Spruce Post-Construction Cleaning is designed to provide thorough cleaning and removal of debris, dust, and construction residues from residential, commercial, and office properties.
This package includes:

Reminder:
1. Reservations made after 5:00 PM will be assisted by the customer associate the following day.
2. The mobilization fee is subject to change.
3. The client may request an additional Spruce Agent worth ₱645 per head.
4. The minimum service fee is ₱3,000 in Makati and ₱30,000 outside of Metro Manila.
