Spruce Commercial Cleaning is designed and customized to maintain a clean and healthy environment in commercial properties.
This package includes:
✓ Basic cleaning of the following:
- Restroom
- Kitchen/Pantry
- Entrance and Reception Area
- Work Space Area
✓ Mirror, glass, and indoor window cleaning.
✓ Mopping, wiping, and dusting of ALL AREAS.
✓ Wet disinfection on all high-touch surfaces.
✓ Germicidal Disinfection (UV Light)
The following is the suggested frequency:

Reminder:
1. The customer associate will assist with Reservations made after 5:00 PM the following day.
2. The mobilization fee is subject to change.
3. The client may request an additional Spruce Agent worth ₱645 per head.
4. The minimum service fee is ₱3,000 in Makati and ₱30,000 outside of Metro Manila.
