Can I customize my service?

Yes, based on your needs, you may customize our Spruce Cleaning Services. However, for our complete cleaning services (Regular, General, and Premium), you may pick what is suitable for your property and include add-ons from our specialty services.

For example:

  • Spruce Premium Cleaning + Carpet Cleaning
  • Duo Disinfection + Car Disinfection Services

How much do your services cost?

For our complete cleaning services, our rates go as:

Spruce Regular Cleaning: P70 per square meter

Spruce General Cleaning: P85 per square meter

Spruce Premium Cleaning: P100 per square meter

How can I book your services?

To book and finalize your Spruce Cleaning Services, a 50% downpayment or full payment will act as your reservation to your slot.

For payments, we accept G-Cash and BDO Bank Transfers only. We don’t accept cash for safety recording purposes.

What is your mode of payment?

How many cleaners do I need for each cleaning session?

Our standard manpower assignment is one (1) Spruce Agent equivalent to forty (40) square meters. The client has an option to add a Spruce Agent amounting to Php570, depending on the density of items inside the property.

Rest assured, our Spruce Agents are specially trained to pay attention to every detail and element of your space for quality results.

What is the best start time for my cleaning service?

We highly recommend our cleaning services start in the morning to maximize the day better and avoid penalties from property administrations. However, for spaces below 40, we do accept afternoon slots for our cleaning services.

Lastly, for bigger commercial properties, we do extend beyond working hours, but the client will have to pay for the overtime and night differential.

How long does each cleaning session last?

Our cleaning services will depend on the scope of work and the size of the space being cleaned. Each Spruce Agent has the capacity to finish forty (40) square meters in four (4) hours.

 

Rest assured, we do not have time limits and our cleaning services will only end once customer satisfaction and the scope of work are fulfilled. The given time is just the average capacity of our Spruce Agent.

Are your solutions pet-friendly and safe for art pieces?

Yes, our cleaning solutions are all FDA Approved and ISO Certified. They are safe for your family members and pets except for the degreasing solution because it contains acid for heavily soiled areas.

Are your solutions safe for paintings and furniture?

Yes, our cleaning solutions are all FDA Approved and ISO Certified. They are safe for your painting and furniture, except for the degreasing solution because it contains acid for heavily soiled areas.

Do you clean the interior and exterior of windows?

For our General and Premium Cleaning Services, the cleaning of the interior windows are included. The exterior windows are not included; we charge per window panel if the client wishes it to be cleaned. 

I am busy, can I leave the Spruce Agents at my location?

It is highly recommended that each client be there for the start and end of the cleaning services for quality assurance. We require a before and after inspection for operational protocols and to avoid back jobs.

Do you accept bookings both within and outside of Metro Manila?

Yes, we accept cleaning services within Metro Manila for a minimum of PHP 3,000. And yes, we also accept cleaning services outside of Metro Manila for a minimum of PHP 10,000 excluding toll and mobility fees.

Are your cleaners and staff fully vaccinated?

Yes, our Spruce Agents are all vaccinated and boosted. To ensure the safety of our employees and clients, we also conduct weekly Antigen Testing with the results upon the client’s request.

Why should I pay for a hazard fee when I have scaffolding included in my cleaning service?

The hazard fee of PHP 570 per Spruce Agent acts as insurance for the safety of our staff.

Do you have a subscription program where I can save more?

Yes, we have our very own SpruceScription Cleaning Service where you can book our complete cleaning services and save up to 30% per square meter. You may contact our dedicated Customer Service Team and inquire about your very own subscription service.

What are mobilization fees and why are they so high?

Mobilization fees are for the transportation vehicles we use to transport our Spruce Agents, cleaning solutions, and equipment before and after our cleaning services. This is to ensure that our Spruce Agents are less exposed and equipment and cleaning solutions are safe.

Our Mobilization Fees have gone up due to the fluctuating prices of fuel. The price increase is to compensate for the costs of fuel prices, toll fees, and the safety of our Spruce Agents, and equipment.

What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?

  • If a client cancels two days before the confirmed date, they may request a reschedule.
  • If a client requests a complete cancellation, they must pay a 30% refund of their down payment.
  • The client may request a reschedule at least one day prior to the confirmed booking date.
  • Rescheduling is permitted only twice. Following reschedule/s, the confirmed booking will be canceled, and a No Refund Policy will be implemented.
  • Spruce Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel and reschedule or delay appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or a company emergency.
