How can I book your services?

To book and finalize your Spruce Cleaning Services, a 50% downpayment or full payment will act as your reservation to your slot.

For payments, we accept G-Cash and BDO Bank Transfers only. We don’t accept cash for safety recording purposes.

How many cleaners are required for each cleaning session?

Our standard practice is to assign one (1) Spruce Agent per every forty (40) square meters. However, you have the option to include an additional Spruce Agent for ₱610.00 pesos, especially if your property contains a higher density of items.

Please be assured that our Spruce Agents undergo specialized training to address every aspect and corner of your space, ensuring that the final outcome meets our quality standards.

What’s the best starting time for my cleaning service?

To make the most of your day and prevent any potential penalties from property administrations, we strongly advise scheduling your cleaning services in the morning. Nevertheless, for spaces smaller than 40 square meters, we are open to afternoon slots as well.

For larger commercial properties, we offer flexibility by extending our services beyond regular working hours. Do note, however, that any overtime and night differential charges incurred in such cases would be the client’s responsibility.

What is the duration of each cleaning session?

The duration of our cleaning services is contingent upon the specific scope of work and the size of the area undergoing cleaning. Typically, a single Spruce Agent can complete cleaning for an area spanning forty (40) square meters within four (4) hours.

Please be assured that we do not impose strict time limits on our cleaning sessions. Our commitment is to continue the service until both customer satisfaction and the agreed scope of work are achieved. The indicated time frame serves as a general reference for the capacity of our Spruce Agents.

Are your solutions safe for pets and art pieces?

Absolutely! Our cleaning solutions hold FDA Approval and ISO Certification, ensuring their safety for your family and pets. However, it’s important to note that our degreasing solution, due to its acid content for tackling heavily soiled areas, should be used with caution around pets.

Are your solutions suitable for furnitures?

Do you provide cleaning for both interior and exterior windows?

Certainly, as part of our General and Premium Cleaning Services, interior window cleaning is included. However, exterior window cleaning is not covered within the standard service and is available at an additional cost per window panel, should the client choose to have it cleaned.

I have a busy schedule. Can I entrust the Spruce Agents with access to my location?

While we understand your time constraints, it’s strongly advised that you’re present at the commencement and conclusion of the cleaning services.

This practice ensures quality assurance. Our operational protocols mandate both a before and after inspection, which not only helps maintain our service standards but also minimizes the likelihood of having to revisit any areas for additional work. Your presence during these stages is greatly appreciated.

Do you accommodate bookings in both Metro Manila and outside its boundaries?

Yes. We offer cleaning services within Metro Manila for a minimum charge of PHP 3,000. Additionally, we extend our services beyond Metro Manila for a minimum fee of PHP 10,000, excluding toll and mobility fees.

Are your cleaning personnel and staff fully vaccinated?

Indeed, all our Spruce Agents have been fully vaccinated and have received booster doses as required. In our commitment to prioritize the safety of both our team members and clients, we conduct weekly Antigen Testing.

Should you wish to view the test results, we are more than happy to provide them upon your request.

Why is a hazard fee necessary even if scaffolding is part of my cleaning service?

The hazard fee of ₱610 per Spruce Agent serves as a safety provision and insurance to ensure the well-being of our staff during the cleaning process.

Do you offer a subscription program for more cost savings?

Yes! Introducing our SpruceScription Cleaning Service, a unique offering where you can book our cleaning services and enjoy savings of up to 30% per square meter.

What do mobilization fees entail, and why are they relatively high?

Mobilization fees encompass the expenses related to the transportation of our Spruce Agents, cleaning solutions, and equipment to and from the service location. This practice is designed to minimize exposure for our agents and maintain the safety of our equipment and cleaning solutions.

The recent increase in our Mobilization Fees is a response to the fluctuating fuel prices. This adjustment aims to cover the rising costs associated with fuel, toll fees, and the ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety of our Spruce Agents and equipment.

What are your policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling?

In the event that a client wishes to cancel their booking with at least two days’ notice before the confirmed date, they have the option to request a reschedule.


For a complete cancellation, if requested by the client, a 30% refund of their initial payment will be processed.


If a client intends to reschedule their booking, they are required to make the request at least one day prior to the confirmed booking date. This rescheduling privilege can be utilized up to two times.


Following any reschedule(s), the initially confirmed booking will be automatically canceled, and the No Refund policy will be enforced.


Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or company emergencies, may lead Spruce Cleaning Services to cancel, reschedule, or delay appointments. We uphold the right to make such adjustments to ensure the safety and quality of our services.

What are the required actions to report unexpected property damage or loss?

In the event of unexpected property damage or loss, the Client should promptly inform the Customer Service Team, cooperate in the investigation, and maintain documentation for assessment purposes within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to do so shall mean no refunds or recovery.
