- The Spruce Gift Card may only be used as a mode of payment for cleaning services offered within Metro Manila.
- Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed either online or during a confirmed cleaning appointment with Spruce Cleaning Services.
- The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, in part or in full.
- Each gift card is valid until March 31, 2026. Strictly no extension of validity beyond the expiry date.
- Each purchase comes with a 20% bonus cleaning credit.
- ₱3,000 gift card = ₱3,600 cleaning credit.
- ₱5,000 gift card = ₱6,000 cleaning credit.
- When used for a cleaning service, the remaining balance and validity date will be reflected on the official receipt or confirmation message.
- Spruce Cleaning Services is not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the gift card. Treat it as cash and keep your code or card secure.
- Management reserves the right to reject or cancel any gift card found to be tampered with, duplicated, or obtained through fraudulent means.
- The gift card cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts unless specifically stated.
