2. Cost of materials spare parts and fabrication jobs to be used or needed in either major or minor repair. All materials and labor costs are for the account of the client.
3. Other major trouble which included, but should not be limited to the following:
   1. Repair of leak in refrigerant system
   2. Replacement/repair of components such as compressor, fan motor, filter drier, expansion valve, thermostat switch, safety device and other related materials.
   3. Recharging the unit with proper amount of refrigerant.
